Starkville is where the company is based and where the bulk of our work happens. That means a slab here gets looked at quickly, and it means we are ten minutes away if something needs revisiting after the job is done rather than a couple of hours down the road.

The mix of work in town is unusually wide for a place this size, and Mississippi State is most of the reason. There is the newer construction north of town where people want a garage finished before they move in, older houses closer to campus with slabs that have been patched a few times and need real grinding before anything goes down, rental property where the priority is a floor that survives tenants and mops clean, and a downtown restaurant and retail strip that needs floors able to take a Saturday in the fall.

Game weekends drive a genuine seasonal pattern here. Garages get used as gathering space from September onward, and a lot of our residential flake work gets booked in late summer for exactly that reason.
