Commercial & Industrial Floors
Restaurants, showrooms, shops, and warehouses. Floors that take traffic and still wipe clean at close.
More on commercial & industrial floorsTupelo is a straight shot up Highway 45 and the biggest market we cover in north Mississippi. It is also where we do more showroom and commercial work than anywhere outside Starkville.
Tupelo is an easy run north for us and it is worth the drive, because it is the largest city in this part of the state and the range of work reflects that. Bigger houses with three-car garages, a genuine commercial and retail base, and the manufacturing that has defined Lee County for generations.
The furniture industry built this town and the manufacturing presence in and around the area has kept growing, with Toyota’s plant just up the road at Blue Springs. That means a steady demand for floors in shops, showrooms and light-industrial space where the floor is both a work surface and something customers walk across. Those two jobs pull in different directions, and picking a system that handles both is most of what we talk about on a commercial estimate here.
On the residential side, Tupelo has more new and recent construction than the smaller Golden Triangle towns, which usually means a sound slab and a straightforward job. When the concrete is in good shape the prep goes faster, the price comes down, and more of the budget goes into the finish. It is also the market where we get asked most often about metallic floors for interior rooms rather than flake for garages.
Because we are coming from Starkville, we schedule Tupelo work in blocks where we can. If you are up that way it is worth asking when we are next planning to be in Lee County, because fitting into an existing trip can make a smaller job a lot easier to price.

Surfaces that work for staff and still look right to customers.
Sound concrete means less prep and more budget in the finish.

We do all six of our services here. These are the three that come up most often.

More on commercial & industrial floorsFull flake and quartz broadcast systems for residential garages and shops. The finish most people picture when they picture an epoxy floor.
More on garage floor coatingsPoured metallic systems that move like marble. No two floors come out the same, which is the whole point.

We diamond grind the slab to open the concrete, then cut out and fill cracks, rebuild spalls, and level low spots.
Pigmented base coat goes down, then flake or quartz broadcast to refusal. Once it sets we scrape and vacuum the surface back flat.
A clear topcoat seals everything in. Before we start you will know exactly when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
